Luis Luciani-
Managing Director
Luis has been in the human resources industry for over ten years. He started off at ASAP Venezuela as a Sr. accountant and scaled up to become the Finance Manager in 5 years. He gained knowledge and expertise in the field of human resources developing strategies to maintain ASAP as a “boutique-like” agency with one on one services. He later on moved to Miami to start ASAP's first international office. ASAP Miami has had five years of success placing many candidates in top level executive positions in well known and recognized companies. Luis Has managed to build a strong team and double sales year after year through a tough economy. ASAP now consists of over 34 employees, and originally had started with mainly three people. Luis Luciani has managed to implement tactical strategies and establish a brand and a well known name in the Miami area. With numerous clients ASAP continues to grow with the mission of giving clients a competitive advantage by timely providing the right talent for the job.

John- Account Executive
John is a dynamic HR specialist pursuing his MBA and always finding a chance to meet new people and opportunities to network. As a child he moved 15 times up and down the East Coast and Midwest before finally settling down in Miami in 2005. He attended three different high schools and two Universities. As a result, he was always connecting with new people and boosting up his network. John believes everyone has a story to tell and something interesting about where they come from. He continues to stay in contact with every friend and family he has in nearly every major city.
Prior to ASAP John served as a Recruiter at Aerotek where he specialized in the following industries; Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, focusing on hard to fill positions as well as technical roles mostly upper and Sr. level Management. At ASAP he serves as Account Executive where he focuses on helping people and connecting them with great career opportunities. John values ASAP’s entrepreneurial environment and strong team atmosphere.”Freedom and power to make decisions and our input is always considered and taken seriously” says John. It’s not all hard work and no play, John enjoys time off with his family, his wife and his two dogs Braun and Cobi, Basketball- playing and going to Heat games, Go Heat! Watching sports- especially basketball and football, fantasy football, Going to the beach, Movies, Kayaking, Traveling, and enjoys trying new restaurants, Golfing, going out with friends, BBQ's, Fireworks/4th of July. When it comes to sharing and meeting people, he will be there.

Adriana-
Account Executive
Adriana is an energetic and outspoken professional with a marketing and sales background. She delivers results and has strong negotiation skills. Prior to ASAP she has worked as a Marketing and sales strategist for Global Companies and before that she worked in Venezuela for an excellent banking institution in the Human Resources Department. Adriana was looking for a business development, a new career challenge, and that is how Adriana joined the ASAP Team in June 2011.Adriana describes ASAP as a connection, a network. We all connect with each other in every department and work towards the same goal. She believes the ideal office environment is a dynamic office space where motivation and energy are always present.
Adriana is a fast- paced professional, Miami Heat Lover, and believes her mission is having excellent client relationships and making her candidates and clients happy.

“Prepare like a champion” -- Approximately two months ago my little brother called me, which is pretty unusual because like his generation, he usually sticks to texts and the occasional Iphone Facetime chats. As soon as I picked up the phone all is could hear is excitement on the other line. “We made it. We made it to the championship!” he said.
My brother is 11 years old and currently plays on his traveling basketball team back in my hometown of West Milford, NJ. He plays point guard on his team, and for his standards, he’s a decent basketball player.
I thought about the best advice that I could give to him. Something that I would have appreciated when I made it to my first championship game and the only thing that I uttered out of my mouth was - “Prepare like a champion!”
These are the words that stuck with me since I was a sophomore in high school. It’s something that my football coach used to drill into our heads on a daily basis and something that will stick with me for the rest of my life.
I can still hear it… “Prepare like a champion today because you will never get this day back.”
That lifelong motto can be translated into everything you do, no matter who you are. No one becomes successful in their day-to-day lives without preparation and hard work. If you want to be the best husband, the best mother, or the best leader in your organization, you must be intent with self-preparation. That’s something that I will always remember.
